人物經(jīng)歷
2002年7月獲沈陽藥科大學(xué)天然藥物化學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。2003年2月至2005年2月, 暨南大學(xué)中藥及天然藥物研究所副教授、學(xué)術(shù)秘書。2005年3月至2007年2月,在康乃爾大學(xué) (Cornell University) 進行天然抗癌和抗氧化活性成分研究。2007年3月至2008年2月,在普渡大學(xué)(Purdue University) 進行從天然抗癌活性成分研究。2008年3月作為教授引進到武漢大學(xué)藥學(xué)院工作。
科學(xué)研究
研究方向
主要從事天然活性成分及其生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究
1. 天然活性化合物研究:從植物、海洋生物以及微生物中尋找活性天然產(chǎn)物,鑒定它們的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),尋找活性先導(dǎo)化合物,闡明它們的作用機制。
2. 活性天然產(chǎn)物的生物轉(zhuǎn)化研究:利用微生物、植物細胞培養(yǎng)體系以及動物體內(nèi)代謝等手段,研究天然活性化合物的生物轉(zhuǎn)化,尋找更多的活性先導(dǎo)化合物。
3. 中藥 (包括中藥復(fù)方) 物質(zhì)作用基礎(chǔ)及中藥現(xiàn)代化研究。

曾先后主持過國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家博士后基金及多項橫向開發(fā)等科研項目。
