Before founding 100tv, Mr. Liu was the VP of Greater China at Innopath, a leading company in wireless infrastructure software in the US. Before joining Innopath, Mr. Liu was the VP of Engineering at Medibuy, a B2B Ecommerce company invested by Kleiner Perkins. Before Medibuy, Mr. Liu held senior management positions at product development group of Oracle. Mr. Liu received an MBA degree from University of California at Berkeley, a MS degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University, and a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Jiaotong University.
