2003年獲得電子科技大學信號與信息處理的學士學位，2006年獲得電子科技大學信息與通信工程專業(yè)的碩士學位，2008年獲得電子科技大學信息與通信工程專業(yè)的博士學位；2008年起任教于電子科技大學電子工程學院電子工程系，2011年晉升為副教授；2008/11-2011/3，留學新加坡南洋理工大學（NTU）從事博士后研究工作。
現(xiàn)為電子科技大學電工學院副教授。
研究方向
黃際彥老師多年來一直從事信號與信息處理研究，研究內(nèi)容涉及無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡信號處理、無線定位、陣列信號處理、信道估計和智能樓宇控制系統(tǒng)、民航ADS-B信號抗干擾技術(shù)等諸多方面。
