主持和參與了多項國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家“863”高技術(shù)重點項目子課題、“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”科技重大專項以及中國科學(xué)院知識創(chuàng)新工程重要方向項目等課題；圍繞相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域，在國內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表研究論文30余篇，其中SCI收錄20篇；參編專著3部；申請中國發(fā)明專利37項（4項美國專利），獲得授權(quán)16項，多項被企業(yè)應(yīng)用。
