主要成就
科研綜述
以微流控芯片及其與質(zhì)譜、光譜聯(lián)用分析技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),發(fā)展生命分析與藥物分析新方法,開發(fā)生物醫(yī)用新材料新器件,發(fā)明器官類器官芯片新模型,致力于服務(wù)國(guó)家藥品質(zhì)量與安全、新藥創(chuàng)制以及中藥現(xiàn)代化研究與開發(fā)。近年來(lái)重點(diǎn)聚焦于器官類器官芯片、單細(xì)胞亞細(xì)胞分析及基于質(zhì)譜的多組學(xué)分析等。曾主持完成國(guó)家重大科技專項(xiàng)第一個(gè)微流控芯片藥物研發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)項(xiàng)目,在器官芯片核心關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及血管、肝、腎、腸等器官芯片模型研究方面取得重要進(jìn)展。2016-2020年間以第一發(fā)明人申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利16項(xiàng)(授權(quán)8項(xiàng)),以通訊作者在Nat. Protoc., Adv. Mater., Anal. Chem., Lab Chip等重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表SCI論文59篇(14篇IF>10)。工作以來(lái)累計(jì)發(fā)表SCI論文180余篇,Web ofScience引用5000余次,發(fā)明專利30余項(xiàng)。部分研究成果已在制藥企業(yè)、臨床醫(yī)院得到廣泛應(yīng)用,曾合作獲得國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。
