以分布式算法與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為核心，結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化理論，機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)理論, 控制論，排隊(duì)論，博弈論，信息論等理論工具，并且充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)編碼等新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，系統(tǒng)性的研究與開發(fā)下一代大規(guī)�？蓴U(kuò)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)算與通信系統(tǒng)，如云計(jì)算系統(tǒng)，第五代移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng), 智能電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)等。
