人物經(jīng)歷
浙江磐安縣安文鎮(zhèn)中田村人,出生于1966年。1988 年畢業(yè)于杭州大學(現(xiàn)浙江大學)生物系細胞生物學專業(yè),1991年獲中國科學院發(fā)育生物學研究所理學碩士學位,1993和1996年從美國University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign 獲生理學碩士和分子生理學博士學位,1997至1999年在美國National Institutes of Health做博士后研究。2000至2001年服務于美國生物信息公司Doubletwist Inc.,從事生物信息數(shù)據(jù)庫工作。2001年回國,2004年6月入選中科院"百人計劃",《遺傳學報》編輯委員會副主編,《遺傳》編輯委員會副主編。
研究方向
陳良標博士領(lǐng)導的創(chuàng)新小組的主要研究方向是動物進化與環(huán)境基因組學,以及干細胞分化的機理。通過分子生物學,生物信息和細胞生物學等研究手段:闡述新基因起源的分子機制,基因組進化與環(huán)境的相互關(guān)系,以及細胞分化的分子控制,F(xiàn)階段的主要研究極端環(huán)境下的基因組進化、干細胞全能性及分化的分子基礎(chǔ)、生物信息學和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。
一.極端環(huán)境下的基因組進化
生活在地球兩極的魚類在千萬年的寒冷環(huán)境中進化出了許多新的基因和特殊的生理機制以適應寒冷的極地環(huán)境。我們通過比較基因組學和分子生物學的研究手段揭示極端寒冷環(huán)境下基因組的進化規(guī)律以及細胞對嚴寒適應的分子基礎(chǔ)。
二.腫瘤干細胞發(fā)生的表觀遺傳機制
分析胚胎干細胞和腫瘤干細胞的基因表達譜和蛋白質(zhì)譜、發(fā)掘控制腫瘤干細胞發(fā)生和分化的表觀遺傳因子,并揭示其功能。
