    彭海琳

    彭海琳,北京大學(xué)化學(xué)分子工程學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。吉林大學(xué)化學(xué)系學(xué)士(1996-2000年),北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院博士(2000-2005年),斯坦福大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系博士后(2005-2009年)。2009年6月在北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院任副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,2014年7月晉升為教授。主要從事納米材料化學(xué)與納米器件研究,當(dāng)前研究興趣包括石墨烯與拓?fù)浣^緣體納米結(jié)構(gòu)等二維晶體材料的制備方法、化學(xué)調(diào)制與光電器件應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。主持國(guó)家科技部、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委、中組部、教育部、北京市科委等基金項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)。已發(fā)表SCI收錄論文70余篇,影響因子超過(guò)8的論文40余篇,包括Nature子刊(6篇),JACS(6篇),Nano Lett.(15篇),Adv. Mater.(4篇),Acc. Chem.Res.(1篇),Coord. Chem. Rev.(1篇)。論文被引用逾3000次,單篇最高他引1000余次。2011年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”,2012年獲批國(guó)家首批優(yōu)秀青年基金,2012年入選中組部“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”首批青年拔尖人才,2014年獲霍英東教育基金會(huì)青年教師基金,2014年任國(guó)家973計(jì)劃青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家。近5年來(lái),在國(guó)際及雙邊重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告30余次,籌劃和組織國(guó)際和雙邊會(huì)議6次。擔(dān)任第一屆納米化學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員和中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)青年化學(xué)工作者委員會(huì)第一屆委員。

    湖南湘鄉(xiāng)人,1996年畢業(yè)于長(zhǎng)沙市一中省理科實(shí)驗(yàn)班,2000年獲吉林大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)士, 2005年獲北京大學(xué)理學(xué)博士,2005-2009年在美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)材料系從事博士后研究,2009年6月到北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子學(xué)院工作,歷任副教授、教授與博士生導(dǎo)師。入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”(2011年)、國(guó)家首批優(yōu)秀青年基金(2012年)、中組部首批青年拔尖人才(2012年)、國(guó)家973計(jì)劃青年科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家(2014)。

    科研成果

    一直從事納米材料化學(xué)與納米器件研究,當(dāng)前研究興趣包括二維晶體材料的控制合成方法、光電性質(zhì)與新概念能源器件應(yīng)用。2009年回國(guó)后發(fā)展了二維Dirac材料(石墨烯、拓?fù)浣^緣體納米結(jié)構(gòu)等)的制備方法、化學(xué)修飾與光電器件加工技術(shù)。發(fā)展了二維疊層同質(zhì)或異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的范德華外延生長(zhǎng)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了AB 堆垛雙層石墨烯大面積范德華外延(Nano Lett.2011,11, 1106);建立了高質(zhì)量石墨烯PN結(jié)的調(diào)制摻雜生長(zhǎng)方法,并研究了石墨烯PN結(jié)的“光熱電”機(jī)制的高效能量轉(zhuǎn)換(Nature Commun.2012,3, 1280;J. Am. Chem. Soc.2013,135,10926);提出了石墨烯的非對(duì)稱雙面化學(xué)修飾方法(Nature Commun.2013,4, 1443);建立和發(fā)展了拓?fù)浣^緣體納米結(jié)構(gòu)的控制生長(zhǎng)方法,利用“氣液固(VLS)”、“氣固(VS)”、和“范德華外延”等材料生長(zhǎng)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高質(zhì)量和大比表面積的拓?fù)浣^緣體納米帶和超薄納米片的可控制備(Nano Lett.2010,10, 2870;Nano Lett.2010,10, 2245),實(shí)現(xiàn)了拓?fù)浣^緣體納米結(jié)構(gòu)在表面的定點(diǎn)與定向范德華外延生長(zhǎng) (J. Am. Chem. Soc.2012,134, 6132),并將范德華外延方法推廣到其他二維硫族晶體材料的制備(J. Am. Chem. Soc.2013,135, 13274;ACS Nano.2014,8, 1485);首次觀測(cè)到拓?fù)浣^緣體Bi2Se3納米帶表面態(tài)的AB量子干涉效應(yīng)等新奇量子現(xiàn)象(Nature Mater.2010,9, 225;他引200余次),通過(guò)柵電壓實(shí)現(xiàn)了拓?fù)浣^緣體納米薄片化學(xué)勢(shì)的調(diào)控,并首次將拓?fù)浣^緣體二維納米結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于柔性透明導(dǎo)電薄膜(Nature Chem.2012,4, 281;Adv. Mater.2013,25, 5959)。

    迄今已發(fā)表SCI收錄論文70余篇,包括Nature Materials(1篇),Nature Chemistry(1篇), Nature Communications (2篇),Nature Nanotech. (2篇), Nano Lett. (15篇), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (5篇), Adv. Mater.
