    黃煜梅

    黃煜梅,現(xiàn)為復(fù)旦大學(xué)微電子學(xué)院副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)了多項(xiàng)上海市科委、國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、國家科技重大專項(xiàng)03專項(xiàng)子課題;作為骨干成員參與了國家核高基科技重大專項(xiàng)、863重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等課題。


    人物經(jīng)歷

    1989.9-1993.6華中科技大學(xué)本科、碩士;

    2004年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)微電子學(xué)與固體物理學(xué)理學(xué)博士;

    2013-2014美國佐治亞理工學(xué)院電氣與計(jì)算機(jī)工程系訪問學(xué)者。

    現(xiàn)為復(fù)旦大學(xué)微電子學(xué)院副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。開展了應(yīng)用于無線通信的射頻收發(fā)機(jī)系統(tǒng)研究,以及射頻收發(fā)機(jī)SOC(IR-UWB,OFDM-UWB,GSM/WCDMA,WLAN802.11a/b/g等)芯片設(shè)計(jì)研究。在射頻/模擬集成電路設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表論文50余篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者、SCI/EI檢索的國際期刊/會(huì)議30余篇。獲2014年上海市級(jí)教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng),并入選2015年度上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃。 ?

    科研方向

    超低功耗射頻/模擬電路設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究,應(yīng)用于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)、無線體域網(wǎng)。 可重構(gòu)/可配置射頻/模擬集成電路研究,應(yīng)用于無線通信系統(tǒng)。
