人物經(jīng)歷
1996年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)物理系，2000年博士畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)物理系，隨后進(jìn)入南京大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程系工作，曾在法國國家科學(xué)研究中心圖盧茲材料表征中心訪問研究�，F(xiàn)為科技部國家重大科學(xué)研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家。
研究方向
超薄鐵電薄膜及其尺寸效應(yīng)、鐵電隧道結(jié)和多鐵性隧道結(jié)、氧化物異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)界面上的二維電子氣及其調(diào)控、鈣鈦礦氧化物超晶格中的新效應(yīng)
研究工作集中在鈣鈦礦氧化物薄膜和異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的制備、表征及其在新型器件中的應(yīng)用。通過精確控制組分、應(yīng)變、界面耦合等參數(shù)提高材料的性能，甚至產(chǎn)生自然材料不具備的新的性能，研究鈣鈦礦薄膜和異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)材料的基本物性問題及其潛在的應(yīng)用,為后摩爾時(shí)代的新型存儲(chǔ)和邏輯器件打下材料和物理基礎(chǔ)。研究工作主要包括(1)介電、鐵電和多鐵性薄膜的制備及相關(guān)材料物理、器件物理;(2)鈣鈦礦異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)中與界面相關(guān)的新現(xiàn)象、新效應(yīng)及其量子調(diào)控;(3)鐵電納米結(jié)構(gòu)的制備及其性能表征。

主持了多項(xiàng)國家和省部級(jí)研究項(xiàng)目，參與編寫教材一部，申請(qǐng)及獲得多項(xiàng)國家發(fā)明專利，發(fā)表了80余篇SCI論文，H因子21，獲得2005年度國家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。
