張春霞，副研究員，碩士生導師。1977年12月出生于山東菏澤。2001年畢業(yè)于山東科技大學地質(zhì)工程專業(yè)，2004年于山東科技大學獲礦產(chǎn)普查與勘探專業(yè)碩士學位，2007年于中國科學院地質(zhì)與地球物理研究所獲固體地球物理專業(yè)博士學位.
主要研究領域為粘土礦物與陸表環(huán)境、環(huán)境磁學.
從博士階段開始從事新生代地質(zhì)與環(huán)境研究，側重于從粘土礦物、環(huán)境磁學角度獲取氣候變化和人類活動信息,在以下方面取得了創(chuàng)新性成果: (1)通過對現(xiàn)代環(huán)境過程的磁學研究,建立了磁學示蹤體系,實現(xiàn)了不同來源的有效區(qū)分;(2)基于環(huán)境磁學和地球化學研究,實現(xiàn)了重金屬污染程度的定量化分級和高精度污染歷史重建;(3)用粘土礦物和環(huán)境磁學手段重建了新生代兩個特征時期氣候變化的精細過程,在亞洲內(nèi)陸干旱化驅(qū)動因素方面提出了新認識。在國內(nèi)外學術刊物發(fā)表論文25篇，SCI論文22篇,其中第一作者SCI論文10篇。截止到2015年2月，論文被SCI刊物引用256次(他引201次),第一作者論文被引用151次(他引119次)。
曾主持國家自然科學青年基金和面上基金項目、北京市自然科學基金重點項目等，參加了中國科學院戰(zhàn)略性先導科技專項(B類)項目。
