研究領域
利用交叉學科的優(yōu)勢,結合系統(tǒng)生物學,基因組學,生物信息學,遺傳學,及分子與細胞生物學的方法,系統(tǒng)性地研究主要疾病,如癌癥,在分子水平的基因調節(jié)通路與網(wǎng)絡。同時,針對特定的重要基因及調節(jié)通路,開展深入的分子生物學研究,闡明其具體的作用機理,為疾病診斷及藥物研發(fā)提供分子生物學基礎。
實驗室有機地結合計算與實驗的優(yōu)勢,并開展廣泛的合作研究。研究集中于轉錄后(post-transcription)及轉譯(translation)相關的調節(jié)機理及其在腫瘤發(fā)生中的作用。
