研究領(lǐng)域
利用交叉學(xué)科的優(yōu)勢，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)，基因組學(xué)，生物信息學(xué)，遺傳學(xué)，及分子與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)的方法，系統(tǒng)性地研究主要疾病，如癌癥，在分子水平的基因調(diào)節(jié)通路與網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時，針對特定的重要基因及調(diào)節(jié)通路，開展深入的分子生物學(xué)研究，闡明其具體的作用機(jī)理，為疾病診斷及藥物研發(fā)提供分子生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
實(shí)驗(yàn)室有機(jī)地結(jié)合計(jì)算與實(shí)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)勢，并開展廣泛的合作研究。研究集中于轉(zhuǎn)錄后(post-transcription)及轉(zhuǎn)譯(translation)相關(guān)的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)理及其在腫瘤發(fā)生中的作用。
