復(fù)旦大學(xué)畢業(yè)后,江素華留校任教,從事微納電子/光電子材料與器件方面的教學(xué)與研究,歷任講師、副教授、教授,并擔(dān)任NMC-n&k Technology薄膜光學(xué)測(cè)量聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人等職。

2018年1月1日,復(fù)旦大學(xué)黨委研究生工作部副部長(zhǎng)、材料科學(xué)系教授江素華因病在浙江寧海逝世,享年42歲。
