研究領(lǐng)域
1. 新優(yōu)觀賞植物資源收集、創(chuàng)制與評(píng)價(jià):利用野外調(diào)查、引種等方式收集新優(yōu)觀賞植物種質(zhì),運(yùn)用化學(xué)誘變、雜交、基因工程等方法創(chuàng)制新材料,利用田間調(diào)查、分子標(biāo)記等手段進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)篩選,獲得有應(yīng)用價(jià)值的觀賞植物種質(zhì)(品種)資源。
2. 觀賞植物繁育體系建立:根據(jù)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用需要,針對(duì)觀賞植物種子(種球)繁殖或無性繁殖方式培育苗木存在的實(shí)際困難,利用植物組織培養(yǎng)、植物生理與分子生物學(xué)等手段探索繁育的限制因素,進(jìn)而建立相應(yīng)繁育體系。
3. 觀賞植物重要性狀形成與調(diào)控機(jī)制探索:針對(duì)觀賞植物的花、葉、枝、果等器官發(fā)育表現(xiàn)出的色澤、大小、物候等性狀變化,以及觀賞植物器官衰老、抗寒、抗旱等方面的差異,利用分子生物學(xué)、植物生理學(xué)、普通遺傳學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)等實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方法探索其形成機(jī)制和調(diào)控途徑。
