2011年9月，美國(guó)國(guó)際文化科學(xué)院，駐香港代表處首席代表兼部長(zhǎng)，馮祥博士應(yīng)邀出席香港善學(xué)基金會(huì)于香港舉辦的慈善活動(dòng)，并帶同中國(guó)國(guó)家一級(jí)著名特型演員（鄧小平主席的扮演者,中國(guó)人民解放軍成都軍區(qū)藝術(shù)團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)陳家甫先生）出席晚會(huì)，并且為晚會(huì)做了一連串的精彩表演。慈善大會(huì)表彰馮祥博士為慈善、為藝術(shù)、為文化而做出的貢獻(xiàn)，頒發(fā)慈善大獎(jiǎng)。馮祥博士在大會(huì)期間，感謝大會(huì)對(duì)他為慈善事業(yè)所做的認(rèn)可，表示今后繼續(xù)會(huì)與香港及世界各國(guó)合作伙伴、慈善機(jī)構(gòu)、共同積極為藝術(shù)文化交流，慈善公益等發(fā)揮自己的力量。
