人物信息
長期從事發(fā)光材料與器件研究,尤其是白光LED發(fā)光材料及照明光源器件的研究,2017年被評(píng)為博士生導(dǎo)師。作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金三項(xiàng);主持吉林省科技發(fā)展計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目兩項(xiàng);中科院創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目兩項(xiàng);作為研究骨干參加國家科技部“863”項(xiàng)目兩項(xiàng),“973”項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。在國際刊物發(fā)表文章110余篇,被引用2100余次;授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利19件; 獲2010年度吉林省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(排名第三)。
