個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
1994.9-1998.7 在山東大學(xué)光電子信息工程系學(xué)習(xí)并獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;1998.9-2003.6在山東大學(xué)信息學(xué)院碩博連讀并獲博士學(xué)位;2003.7—2005.6在中國(guó)科學(xué)院物理研究所表面物理國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室做博士后研究工作;2005.7 年至今在北京師范大學(xué)核科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院工作,歷任講師,副研究員。近年來(lái)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近四十篇,獲得多項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利,主持和參加國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng),并任 Appl. Phys. Lett. 及 J. Appl. Phys.等雜志審稿人。
