1996年獲國(guó)家特許一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師資格。

2000年建設(shè)部授予全國(guó)工程設(shè)計(jì)大師。

四十二年來(lái)主持設(shè)計(jì)大量國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建筑工程，主持及指導(dǎo)的工程項(xiàng)目有100余項(xiàng)，主要作品有電子大廈、海南廣場(chǎng)會(huì)議中心、三亞山海天大酒店、上海永新彩色顯像管有限公司、中國(guó)華錄電子有限公司及培訓(xùn)中心、大連華信軟件大廈、大連愛立信大廈、中國(guó)普天大廈等，對(duì)高科技建筑及現(xiàn)代工業(yè)建筑創(chuàng)作理論也有專門研究。

獲得的國(guó)家級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)計(jì)有：國(guó)家優(yōu)秀工程設(shè)計(jì)金質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)二項(xiàng)，銀質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)，銅質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)，國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二、三等獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng)，中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)建筑創(chuàng)作獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)七項(xiàng)。

自1978年以來(lái)，多次赴香港、日本、歐美等國(guó)考察建筑，參加國(guó)際會(huì)議和進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)絡(luò)，與日本大成建設(shè)、日立公司、東芝公司、香港HBA酒店裝飾顧問公司、荷蘭AIB、美國(guó)PARSONS公司均有廣泛合作，并曾在黑川紀(jì)章都市·建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所及IAO竹中設(shè)計(jì)公司擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目顧問。

1996年在荷蘭海牙，1998年在美國(guó)鳳凰城作為成員代表參加了十三、十四屆ICCCS會(huì)議（國(guó)際潔凈技術(shù)會(huì)議）。

現(xiàn)為中國(guó)建筑師學(xué)會(huì)資深建筑師，中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)理事，中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)建筑師分會(huì)理事，工業(yè)建筑學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任委員，全國(guó)注冊(cè)建筑師考試委員會(huì)副主任委員，中國(guó)電子學(xué)會(huì)資深會(huì)員，《建筑學(xué)報(bào)》、《工業(yè)建筑》編委會(huì)委員。

Huang Xingyuan [Architect, Chinese Engineering Design Master]

Hometown: Shenyang City, born in Yingkou City in 1938. He graduated from the Department of Architecture in Tsinghua University in 1963 and came to China Electronics Engineering Design Institute at the same year and worked there up to date. He was the Chief Engineer and the Chief Architect from 1995 through 2000,and set up Huang Xingyuan Studio in 2002 for Architectural Creation.

1989: Senior Engineer (Professorship)

1996: State chartered Grade 1 Registered Architect

2000: Chinese Engineering Design Master by Ministry of Construction

During the last 42 years, he has taken charged in engineering design for a great number of state key projects, with projects of all kinds and sizes numbered to more than 100 under his charge or instruction. His main works include Electronics Tower, Hainan Plaza Conference Center, Sanya Shanhaitian Grand Hotel, Shanghai Novel CPT Co., Ltd., China Hualu Electronics Co., Ltd. And the Training Center, Dalian Huaxin Software Tower, Dalian Ericsson Building, China Putian Mansion and so on. He has also worked on some special study on the theory for high-tech and modern industrial architecture.

The awards he obtained include: 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal for National Excellent Engineering Design, 1 second place and 1 third place for National Scientific and Technological Advancement, 1 prize for Architectural Creation by ASC and 6 prizes at ministerial and provincial levels.

Since the year 1978, he went abroad many times for architecture study tour, international conference and design liaison activities in Hong Kong, Japan, USA and

Europe. Cooperation partners include TAISEI Corporation, Hitachi, Toshiba, HBA Hong Kong, AIB The Netherlands and PARSONS USA. He was once the project advisor for KISHO KUROKAWA Architect & Associates and IAO TAKEDA Architect & Associates.

He attended as the representative of the member country the 13 and the 14 ICCCS Symposium held in The Hague, The Netherlands and Arizona, USA in 1996 and 1998 respectively.

Huang Xingyuan is now the senior architect of ASC, director of Architect Branch,ASC, the vice-director member of ASC-ICA, the vice-director member of NABAR-Examination Commitee, senior member of China Electronics Institute and the member of the editorial commission of Architecture Journal、Industrial Construction. At present he is still active in activities like architectural review and design contest.
