個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
1992年、1998年和2004年分別獲得學(xué)士、碩士和博士學(xué)位,2006年7月博士后出站,現(xiàn)為中科院半導(dǎo)體所研究員,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。長(zhǎng)期從事SiO2、SOI及InP AWG及硅基混合集成、InP基單片集成研究工作,在SiO2、SOI及InP系列AWG設(shè)計(jì)制備及PLC混合集成方面,具有多年的工作基礎(chǔ),積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。主持“863”和國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金各1項(xiàng),作為骨干成員參加“973”、“863”、國(guó)家自然基金重大、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外主要刊物上發(fā)表相關(guān)論文50余篇,授權(quán)專利9項(xiàng),撰寫中文著作AWG一章。研究方向?yàn)楣杌饣ミB、光纖到戶、新型微納光電子器件、硅基平面光波回路混合集成器件和InP基無(wú)源-有源單片集成等。
