研究領(lǐng)域
細(xì)胞內(nèi)表觀遺傳的變化在多個(gè)層面上影響染色質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活性,并參與了人類多種疾病的發(fā)生。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要關(guān)注表觀遺傳因子,特別是蛋白質(zhì)的甲基化修飾,在天然免疫和惡性腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及其分子機(jī)制。目前研究主要分為三部分:
1) 細(xì)胞內(nèi)組蛋白甲基化等表觀遺傳標(biāo)記建立、維持和遺傳的分子調(diào)控機(jī)制;
2) 天然免疫相關(guān)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路的表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制;
3) 惡性腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展過程的表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制。
