    夏海云

    夏海云,中國科學技術大學教授,從事激光雷達研究。發(fā)表SCI/EI論文27/33篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利66項(授權(quán)36項)。2009年首次提出時域色散超快激光雷達,被美國Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, National Security Technologies, LLC, University of California 命名為“夏-張方法”;2012年在竇賢康教授團隊首次報道了亞洲首臺平流層大氣測風激光雷達,獲軍隊科技進步一等獎;2016年與科大同事第一次論證量子頻率上轉(zhuǎn)換多普勒激光雷達,獲日內(nèi)瓦國際發(fā)明特等金獎。
