2012年8月~至今，中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所研究員、課題組長(zhǎng)。

1.綜合利用結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)（核磁共振和X射線(xiàn)晶體衍射）、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、有機(jī)化學(xué)等手段來(lái)探究與人類(lèi)疾病相關(guān)的重要生命科學(xué)問(wèn)題并闡述其深層次的作用機(jī)制，具體包括：研究纖毛（cilium）發(fā)育及其功能維持的分子機(jī)理和結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)，從結(jié)構(gòu)角度來(lái)揭示基因變異導(dǎo)致遺傳性纖毛疾病的致病機(jī)理；研究與癌癥、炎癥、老齡化相關(guān)的mTOR信號(hào)通路、細(xì)胞自噬（Autophagy）、細(xì)胞壞死（Necroptosis）領(lǐng)域的重要蛋白質(zhì)及其復(fù)合物的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能關(guān)系；研究老年癡呆癥、帕金森癥等神經(jīng)退化性疾病，從原子層面來(lái)揭示相關(guān)的致病及調(diào)控機(jī)理。

2. 活性小分子的化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究，具體包括：天然活性小分子與靶點(diǎn)蛋白相互作用的機(jī)制研究；基于SAR-by-NMR方法，針對(duì)與癌癥、炎癥等疾病相關(guān)的重要生物靶點(diǎn)的小分子先導(dǎo)物的篩選和優(yōu)化，及后期基于此先導(dǎo)物的機(jī)理和功能研究。

3. 代謝小分子與其作用靶點(diǎn)生物大分子的篩選、表征及功能機(jī)理的研究

2011：第四屆亞太核磁共振會(huì)議青年科學(xué)家旅行資助獎(jiǎng)（口頭報(bào)告）。

2010：香港科學(xué)會(huì)年度生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)，決賽選手；香港科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)部研究生科研獎(jiǎng)；香港大學(xué)間生物化學(xué)研究生學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)，平臺(tái)報(bào)告獎(jiǎng)。
