人物簡介
黃信凡,女,1941年9月生,1963年畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)物理系,教授,中國電子學(xué)會(huì)三束與超精細(xì)加工學(xué)組委員,89.8-11美國芝加哥大學(xué)合作研究,92.12-93.9日本電子技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室合作研究,85.9獲江蘇省優(yōu)秀教育工作者。中國電子學(xué)會(huì)三束與超微細(xì)加工學(xué)組委員。長期從事半導(dǎo)體薄膜物理與器件研究工作。八十年代初開始進(jìn)行激光與半導(dǎo)體互作用物理研究。90年開始非晶半導(dǎo)體量子阱結(jié)構(gòu)激光誘導(dǎo)晶化研究、II-VI族化合物半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn)研究及半導(dǎo)體介質(zhì)薄膜制作二元光學(xué)元件研究。曾去美國芝加哥大學(xué)、日本電子綜合研究所(ETL)等進(jìn)行Si量子點(diǎn)發(fā)光光譜合作研究。
學(xué)術(shù)成果
共發(fā)表論文80余篇,譯著一本。獲江蘇省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(2002年)、二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(1990年、1995年),獲國家發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng)!
