個(gè)人簡介
酈萍,女,1981年2月出生,浙江諸暨人,博士。2009獲浙江大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院微生物學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位; 2009~2014年在美國Florida State University從事博士后研究工作;2015年3月起任職于浙江工商大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院。
研究方向
1.綠色食品添加劑-抗菌肽的作用靶點(diǎn)及抑菌機(jī)理
2.食品級微生物的篩選及其安全高效表達(dá)系統(tǒng)的建立
學(xué)術(shù)成果
在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文13篇,其中10篇被SCI收錄。過去五年,主要以釀酒酵母為研究對象,研究與人類疾病相關(guān)蛋白或基因?qū)?xì)胞周期的調(diào)控機(jī)理;參與美國國家自然基金NSF項(xiàng)目 “Mechanism of Spindle Pole Body Duplication and Separation in Yeast Meiosis”及”Condensin-Mediated Chromosome Organization During Meiosis”。
