個人簡介
周平強博士2007年獲得（北京）清華大學計算機科學與技術(shù)的碩士學位，2012年獲得美國明尼蘇達大學電氣工程的博士學位，畢業(yè)后留校從事博士后研究工作2013年6月。周博士2013年7月1日加入上�？萍即髮W信息學院，任助理教授。他曾獲得清華大學優(yōu)秀碩士論文獎以及明尼蘇達大學博士論文獎學金。他在多核處理器的集成電壓轉(zhuǎn)換器上的創(chuàng)新性研究獲得2011年國際定制集成電路會議（IEEE Custom Integrated Circuit Conference）的優(yōu)秀學生論文獎學金；在三維多核處理器的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的研究成果獲得亞太地區(qū)設(shè)計自動化會議（Asia/South Pacific Design Automation Conference）的最佳論文提名。
主要研究內(nèi)容
以前的研究工作包括三維集成電路的版圖設(shè)計與算法優(yōu)化，多核處理器與三維芯片中供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)與通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化等。目前的研究興趣包括多核處理器、三維集成電路、微電子機械系統(tǒng)（MEMS）和智能電網(wǎng)等。
