兼任北京市生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)RNA專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員；中國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)委員；《生物化學(xué)與生物物理進(jìn)展》雜志、《中國(guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)血液學(xué)》雜志、《生理科學(xué)進(jìn)展》、《醫(yī)學(xué)分子生物學(xué)雜志》編委。
簡(jiǎn)歷
1992年軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所獲博士學(xué)位；
1995年7月-1998年4月美國(guó)Thomas Jefferson大學(xué)和Allegheny大學(xué)博士后；
2003以后任職軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院。
主要研究方向
1． 非編碼RNA結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究，主要是miRNA在生命過(guò)程及重大疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中的功能研究。
2． 隨機(jī)生物文庫(kù)技術(shù)包括隨機(jī)肽庫(kù)技術(shù)及SELEX技術(shù)在重大疾病及傳染性病原微生物診斷和治療方面的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。
3． 革蘭氏陽(yáng)性菌毒素產(chǎn)生及其調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究，這方面的研究對(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)革蘭氏陽(yáng)性菌感染的防治具有重要意義。
科研著述與獲獎(jiǎng)情況
先后承擔(dān)和參加國(guó)家“973”課題、國(guó)家“863” 課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金兩地模式項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、北京市自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目共計(jì)20余項(xiàng)。申請(qǐng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng)，已經(jīng)獲得授權(quán)5項(xiàng)，申請(qǐng)國(guó)際PCT專利4項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)雜志發(fā)表研究論文及綜述90余篇，其中國(guó)外SCI雜志發(fā)表研究論文30余篇。參編學(xué)術(shù)專著和譯著7部。獲北京科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)（2003，2008）。
