人物簡介
兼任北京市生物化學與分子生物學學會副理事長，中國生物化學與分子生物學學會RNA專業(yè)委員會委員；中國生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會委員；《生物化學與生物物理進展》雜志、《中國實驗血液學》雜志、《生理科學進展》、《醫(yī)學分子生物學雜志》編委。
簡歷
1992年軍事醫(yī)學科學院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學研究所獲博士學位；
1995年7月-1998年4月美國Thomas Jefferson大學和Allegheny大學博士后；
2003以后任職軍事醫(yī)學科學院。
主要研究方向
1． 非編碼RNA結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究，主要是miRNA在生命過程及重大疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中的功能研究。
2． 隨機生物文庫技術(shù)包括隨機肽庫技術(shù)及SELEX技術(shù)在重大疾病及傳染性病原微生物診斷和治療方面的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。
3． 革蘭氏陽性菌毒素產(chǎn)生及其調(diào)控機制的研究，這方面的研究對認識革蘭氏陽性菌感染的防治具有重要意義。
科研著述與獲獎情況
先后承擔和參加國家“973”課題、國家“863” 課題、國家自然科學基金兩地模式項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、北京市自然科學基金面上項目共計20余項。申請國家發(fā)明專利10余項，已經(jīng)獲得授權(quán)5項，申請國際PCT專利4項。在國內(nèi)外專業(yè)雜志發(fā)表研究論文及綜述90余篇，其中國外SCI雜志發(fā)表研究論文30余篇。參編學術(shù)專著和譯著7部。獲北京科技進步二等獎2項（2003，2008）。

2． 北京市科技攻關(guān)項目：組織切片SELEX技術(shù)用于卵巢癌特異標記物研究，2009-2011；
3． 國家“863”基金課題：耐藥金葡菌毒力刺激因子抑制肽的研究，2001-2005；
4． 國家“863”基金課題：致病微生物aptamer特征譜技術(shù)的建立及其應(yīng)用，2006-2008；
5． 國家基金面上課題：體外micoRNA 模型的建立及microRNA對靶mRNA翻譯阻抑機制的研究，2005-2007。
