楊光崇，男，1963年生，四川古藺人，三級教授，博士學位，中共黨員。1979年1983年在西華師范大學數(shù)學系本科學習，獲理學學士學位，1988年至1991年在四川師范大學數(shù)學系研究生學習，獲理學碩士學位，2009年9月至2011年5月在蘭州大學進修學習，獲理學博士學位�，F(xiàn)任（截至2012年）成都信息工程學院數(shù)學學院總支書記，負責學院工作，教授、碩士生導師。

國際刊物Inter. J. Appl. Math. Eng. Sci.編委，四川省學術和技術帶頭人后備人選。

成都市應用數(shù)學會副理事長。

國家特色專業(yè)《信息與計算科學》負責人。

四川省精品課程《微分方程數(shù)值解》負責人。

國家十一五規(guī)劃教材《數(shù)學分析》第二主編。

承擔或主持全國及四川省教學改革項目4項。

獲四川省教學成果三等獎一項（排名第3）。

長期合作研究伙伴加拿大瑞爾森大學K.Q.Lan教授。

他兩次作為學術帶頭人，并組織成都信息工程學院基礎數(shù)學和應用數(shù)學碩士學位授予權的論證申報工作，獲得圓滿成功。他于2002年被國家留學基金會確定為“西部人才培養(yǎng)計劃特別項目”出國留學人員，2003年破格晉升教授，同年被評為“成都市十佳青年教師”，2005年被評為四川省學術和技術帶頭人后備人選。

2. 超凸概率賦范空間上的算子和奇性微分方程的正解，2003-2005年應用基礎研究課題（第一主研），2006年完成。

3．非線性奇異積分方程(2004JY02-185), 四川省應用基礎研究項目，主持。

4. 變分方法在奇異積分方程中的應用(2004A145)，四川省教育廳重點科研項目，主持。

他長期從事非線性泛函分析及其應用研究，主持和參加多項省部級科研項目，在國際知名期刊Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, Computer & Mathematics with Applications, Applied Mathematics Letters ，知名中英文期刊《應用數(shù)學和力學》等國內外學術刊物上發(fā)表論文近40篇，其中十余篇被世界權威檢索系統(tǒng)SCI、EI、MR等檢索。學術特色在于研究的奇異問題具有高階奇性和改變符號，與國際非線性問題、微分方程和積分方程專家美國佛羅里達大學Agarwal、愛爾蘭國家大學Ou2019Regan、美國Wake Forest大學Baxley、加拿大瑞爾森大學K·Q·Lan等教授保持著經(jīng)常的友好的學術聯(lián)系。他曾多次應邀參加全國學術會議，并作學術報告。

近年來，他對20世紀30年代在流體力學領域提出的一個公開問題進行深入研究，引起國內外同行的密切關注。他與加拿大瑞爾森大學K·Q·Lan教授合作研究的成果將發(fā)表在國際高水平刊物上。
