辛明秀 - 簡介
辛明秀 博士,1958年出生于河北。副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師
博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師, 1986 年畢業(yè)于河北師范大學(xué)生物系, 1993 年于中國科學(xué)院武漢病毒研究所獲碩士學(xué)位, 1993 年至今,北京師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教師,期間于 1996~1
999 年于中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所攻讀博士學(xué)位,F(xiàn)主要從事微生物學(xué)教學(xué)和研究工作。

辛明秀 - 研究內(nèi)容
冷適應(yīng)微生物資源分類 通過分析比較16S rDNA序列及其他生化和分子生物學(xué)手段對(duì)冷適應(yīng)微生物進(jìn)行資源分類學(xué)研究,豐富我國在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域的微生物資源。
冷適應(yīng)微生物產(chǎn)生的冷活性酶的研究 冷適應(yīng)微生物產(chǎn)生的在低溫范圍內(nèi)具有很高酶活性的酶稱為冷活性酶(Cold active enzyme)。這類酶在研究蛋白質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能之間的關(guān)系以及在生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中都具有重要的意義。主要研究工作有冷活性酶的分離純化、基因克隆以及酶的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能之間相互關(guān)系的研究。
冷適應(yīng)微生物適應(yīng)冷環(huán)境的分子機(jī)理 通過研究冷適應(yīng)微生物細(xì)胞的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,生物大分子的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能以及在特定條件下產(chǎn)生的冷適應(yīng)現(xiàn)象,來研究冷適應(yīng)微生物適應(yīng)冷環(huán)境的分子機(jī)制。
微生物分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究 應(yīng)用變性梯度膠凝膠電泳( DGGE )、熒光原位雜交( FISH )等分子手段研究環(huán)境樣品中微生物群落的多樣性。

正在參加國家 863 計(jì)劃生物和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域生物工程主題(極端微生物功能基因的克隆、表達(dá)與應(yīng)用研究)中關(guān)于冷適應(yīng)微生物及其產(chǎn)生的冷活性酶研究。
辛明秀 - 獲獎(jiǎng)情況
1994 年獲北京師范大學(xué)青年教師教學(xué)基本功大獎(jiǎng)賽理科一等獎(jiǎng)。 2001 年獲北京師范大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院教學(xué)成果優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。《微生物學(xué)》教學(xué)內(nèi)容體系及教材建設(shè)研究成果榮 2001 年獲國家級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)(黃秀梨 林稚蘭 辛明秀 許寶孝),獲 2001 年北京市教育教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)(高等教育)一等獎(jiǎng)(黃秀梨 林稚蘭 辛明秀 許寶孝)。
