　　1 腫瘤分子流行病學(xué)研究，針對(duì)肺癌、腦膠質(zhì)瘤等惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展和治療進(jìn)行大樣本和多中心的腫瘤分子流行病學(xué)研究，篩選和鑒定遺傳易感基因、治療和預(yù)后相關(guān)基因，并進(jìn)行深入的功能研究，對(duì)于惡性腫瘤的預(yù)防和個(gè)性化治療具有重要意義。

　　2 糖尿病等代謝性疾病的分子遺傳學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)研究 圍繞糖尿病開(kāi)展胰島素表達(dá)調(diào)控，胰腺發(fā)育分化，胰島素抵抗機(jī)制及其干預(yù)和基因治療等，在分子、細(xì)胞和動(dòng)物水平進(jìn)行遺傳學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)研究

　　3 基因檢測(cè)和操作技術(shù)

　　熟悉并研究各種DNA分離純化、DNA擴(kuò)增、多種通量SNP檢測(cè)、基因轉(zhuǎn)染技術(shù)，開(kāi)展基于納米基因轉(zhuǎn)染技術(shù)的基因治療研究。
