科研成果
作為通訊作者在Inorg.Chem.、J.Phys.Chem.B/C.、J.Mater.Chem.、Cryst.GrowthDesign、EnvironmentSci.Technol.等被SCI收錄的國際重要期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)研究論文200余篇，被Chem.Rev.、J.Am.Chem.Soc.等國際SCI期刊引用1000余次。申請(qǐng)和公開發(fā)明專利20余項(xiàng)。
作為主要完成人參加國家自然基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目子課題(2項(xiàng))，國家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目(973)子課題，國家自然基金面上項(xiàng)目，中國科學(xué)院重大基金項(xiàng)目等。作為負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(2項(xiàng))、上海市高校優(yōu)秀青年教師基金項(xiàng)目等。
曾獲得中國科學(xué)院院長獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、中國科學(xué)院稀土化學(xué)與物理重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室青年科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)、1998年全國SCI發(fā)表論文數(shù)獲全國個(gè)人排名第九名、上海市高校優(yōu)秀青年教師等。入選教育部2008年度新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃。受聘哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)理學(xué)院兼職教授�，F(xiàn)為上海市稀土學(xué)會(huì)理事，中國稀土學(xué)會(huì)稀土發(fā)光專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,，因“稀土有機(jī)－無機(jī)雜化及納米復(fù)合材料的制備、組裝和性能研究”的研究成果獲得2007年吉林省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)。
已培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)博士生11名，碩士生16名，本科生17人。實(shí)驗(yàn)室以稀土化學(xué)為核心，向外輻射擴(kuò)展，目前已經(jīng)初步形成了三個(gè)基本穩(wěn)定的研究方向：分子、雜化、固體三個(gè)基礎(chǔ)方向并向交叉、應(yīng)用開發(fā)方向拓展；重點(diǎn)集中于稀土雜化分子材料與稀土微納米固體發(fā)光材料兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域。歡迎有志于從事稀土科學(xué)研究的青年學(xué)子加盟。
