GERI HALLIWELL-嗆辣妹潔芮，是原來SPICE GIRLS辣妹合唱組的成員。和其他成員完成了第一，第二張專輯之后，全球銷量超過了一千萬張，成為世界上最為引人注目的女歌手之一。
1998年5月，她卻做出了一個(gè)令人吃驚的決定----離開辣妹演唱組單飛。她因此上了世界頭條新聞。如意料中一樣，各種邀請(qǐng)接踵而來：演戲也好，寫自傳也好。有一本雜志甚至出價(jià)50萬英鎊請(qǐng)Geri寫自傳。但Geri所作的僅僅是，在George Michael的豪宅中小信一陣，賣掉了"生姜辣妹"的冠名權(quán)，向一個(gè)兒童癌癥康復(fù)中心捐助了15萬英鎊。她后來又去了烏干達(dá)參加了人道援助活動(dòng)，并有兩次幾乎淹死在當(dāng)?shù)氐募绷髦小Ｋ潜宦?lián)合國(guó)任命為"親善大使"，又在英國(guó)王子查爾斯的生日宴會(huì)上為他唱出一曲生日歌。
一年后，GERI推出了個(gè)人的第一張專輯〈神魂顛倒〉。其中的第一首單曲
2001年，GERI又發(fā)表了她的新單曲《IT’S RAINING MEN》，一經(jīng)推出便登上了英國(guó)金榜冠軍寶座，并且被電影《B.J日記》收錄為主題歌，該電影由英國(guó)著名影星科林·費(fèi)爾斯和休·格蘭特主演，并獲得了超千萬的票房。雖然，辣妹的成員都發(fā)表了個(gè)人的單飛的專輯，但GERI的專輯卻是風(fēng)格最多樣化的，從一個(gè)女孩轉(zhuǎn)變成更為成熟的女人。并且目前在英國(guó)專輯榜上的成績(jī)超過了其他各成員，已經(jīng)突破了100萬，當(dāng)然現(xiàn)在還在不斷的熱賣中。
在《IT’S RAINING MEN》奪冠不久，之后Geri發(fā)行了第二張專輯《scream if you wanna go faster》，專輯同樣輕松拿下了50萬張的金唱片銷量認(rèn)證。專輯中也有《calling》等大熱單曲。
她的第三張專輯名為《passion》，其中包括《Ride it》（單曲榜第四）等單曲。
個(gè)人生活
2016年10月，現(xiàn)年44歲的前辣妹成員潔芮-霍納爾（Geri Horner）宣布懷孕，并與丈夫克里斯蒂安-霍納爾一起出席了周一的Attitude Awards頒獎(jiǎng)禮。
