研究組研究方向
調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞(Treg)的抑制機(jī)理及其免疫調(diào)控機(jī)制研究,探索選擇性干預(yù)Treg細(xì)胞和其他效應(yīng)性T細(xì)胞,進(jìn)行腫瘤、感染性和自身免疫性疾病的治療。

1.Treg細(xì)胞的抑制機(jī)理及其免疫調(diào)控機(jī)制研究
Treg細(xì)胞對(duì)維持自身免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)至關(guān)重要,但也是腫瘤抑制性微環(huán)境形成的重要原因,課題組致力于研究Treg細(xì)胞的抑制機(jī)理及其免疫調(diào)控機(jī)制,并探索通過(guò)改變Treg細(xì)胞數(shù)量活性等,對(duì)腫瘤和自身免疫性疾病進(jìn)行干預(yù)。
2.腫瘤TCR-T治療研究
利用課題組已經(jīng)成熟建立的轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠篩選平臺(tái)和TCR驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng),基于高通量大數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)肝癌等重要腫瘤TCR進(jìn)行序列分析、鑒定和驗(yàn)證,以期找到行之有效的殺傷腫瘤細(xì)胞的TCR克隆,促進(jìn)腫瘤TCR-T細(xì)胞治療研究。
