個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介
1982年哈工大金屬材料及熱處理專業(yè)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。1985年哈工大物理化學(xué)專業(yè)獲碩士學(xué)位。1990年清華大學(xué)材料工程專業(yè)(摩擦學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室)獲博士學(xué)位。現(xiàn)為上海交通大學(xué)機(jī)械與動(dòng)力工程學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科"機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及理論"工程摩擦學(xué)方向?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人。
研究方向
表面工程及摩擦學(xué)、納米界面層結(jié)構(gòu)與復(fù)合材料性能、機(jī)械零部件失效分析與改性新技術(shù)。1983年起,一直從事稀土在材料表面改性中應(yīng)用及機(jī)理分析等研究工作,曾經(jīng)負(fù)責(zé)完成了國家自然科學(xué)基金、機(jī)械部基金等二十多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目,獲得3項(xiàng)部級(jí)以上科研成果獎(jiǎng),其中一項(xiàng)為1999年度國家機(jī)械局科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(第一完成者)。發(fā)表70余篇論文(其中被SCI、EI收錄論文及一級(jí)學(xué)報(bào)論文達(dá)50多篇)。由于在科研與教學(xué)工作中取得了顯著成績(jī),從而獲得了2001年度國家教育部跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃基金資助。目前正承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金、上海市納米專項(xiàng)等多項(xiàng)省部級(jí)以上科研項(xiàng)目。
