人物簡介
李雪萍，副教授，主要從事園藝產品采后貯藏保鮮及采后病理方面的教學及研究工作。主講過“果蔬貯運保鮮學”、“果實采后生理及貯運保鮮專題”等碩、博士生課程。

2007年，參編全國高等農林院校“十一五“規(guī)劃教材－《園藝商品學》（王仁才主編），獲全國高等農業(yè)院校優(yōu)秀教材獎。
2006年，《果蔬貯運學》被評為省級精品課程，主講教師，排名第三。
2005年，廣東省優(yōu)秀教學成果獎，二等獎，排名第四。
2005年，作為第一指導老師指導本科生周曉莎、黃偉春參加廣東省挑戰(zhàn)杯競賽，獲挑戰(zhàn)杯三等獎。
2008年，“出口荔枝、龍眼冷處理保鮮關鍵技術研究與應用”廣東省科學技術進步獎二等獎，排名第六。
2000年，“荔枝貯運保鮮工程技術開發(fā)”獲廣州市科技進步獎，二等獎，排名第八。
