人物簡(jiǎn)介
李雪萍，副教授，主要從事園藝產(chǎn)品采后貯藏保鮮及采后病理方面的教學(xué)及研究工作。主講過“果蔬貯運(yùn)保鮮學(xué)”、“果實(shí)采后生理及貯運(yùn)保鮮專題”等碩、博士生課程。

2007年，參編全國(guó)高等農(nóng)林院�！笆晃濉耙�(guī)劃教材－《園藝商品學(xué)》（王仁才主編），獲全國(guó)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校優(yōu)秀教材獎(jiǎng)。
2006年，《果蔬貯運(yùn)學(xué)》被評(píng)為省級(jí)精品課程，主講教師，排名第三。
2005年，廣東省優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)，二等獎(jiǎng)，排名第四。
2005年，作為第一指導(dǎo)老師指導(dǎo)本科生周曉莎、黃偉春參加廣東省挑戰(zhàn)杯競(jìng)賽，獲挑戰(zhàn)杯三等獎(jiǎng)。
2008年，“出口荔枝、龍眼冷處理保鮮關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用”廣東省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)，排名第六。
2000年，“荔枝貯運(yùn)保鮮工程技術(shù)開發(fā)”獲廣州市科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，二等獎(jiǎng)，排名第八。
