原山東省醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所所長(zhǎng)、山東腫瘤生物治療研究中心主任、山東省腫瘤免疫與基因工程重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。中國(guó)科技大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院，博士，博士生導(dǎo)師，教授，中國(guó)科技大學(xué)免疫學(xué)研究所所長(zhǎng)，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科技大學(xué)生命學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，兼美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院癌癥研究所研究員和日本金澤大學(xué)國(guó)立癌癥研究所教授。國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金生命科學(xué)部專家評(píng)審組專家，國(guó)家名詞（免疫學(xué)）評(píng)審委員會(huì)專家，中國(guó)免疫學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，中國(guó)抗癌協(xié)會(huì)理事，中國(guó)醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)理事。
1993年開始五次赴美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院癌癥研究所進(jìn)行合作研究，專門從事腫瘤免疫與抗癌基因工程藥物的研究與開發(fā)，在美研究期間的三項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品申報(bào)FDA并獲批進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)。1996年成為國(guó)家"百千萬人才工程"一、二層次專家，2001年獲國(guó)際抗癌聯(lián)盟研究項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)。1990年以來，共主持40余項(xiàng)國(guó)家、省、部級(jí)等科研項(xiàng)目�，F(xiàn)承擔(dān)國(guó)家杰出青年基金項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家973項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目、中科院知識(shí)創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目、安徽省十五重大醫(yī)藥專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目。
成就榮譽(yù)
先后獲省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、三等獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)。近年來共發(fā)表論文250余篇，英文刊物發(fā)表論文23篇，17篇收入SCI。在國(guó)內(nèi)最先（1989年）綜合系統(tǒng)地引入腫瘤生物治療學(xué)。1989年創(chuàng)建國(guó)內(nèi)第一家腫瘤生物治療研究機(jī)構(gòu)（山東腫瘤生物治療中心）并發(fā)起創(chuàng)建"中國(guó)免疫學(xué)會(huì)腫瘤生物治療分會(huì)"并任副主任委員。建成國(guó)家衛(wèi)生部批準(zhǔn)的首批"細(xì)胞治療實(shí)驗(yàn)室"，探索出三套腫瘤生物治療方案并應(yīng)用于臨床。先后研制四類10余種單抗和PCR試劑盒。自1990年起開展基因工程藥物研究，先后研制了IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、IL-12、IL-15、IL-18、SCF、leptin等重組產(chǎn)品，部分轉(zhuǎn)讓中試工藝。被稱為“中國(guó)免疫第一人”。
生命科學(xué)學(xué)院和醫(yī)學(xué)中心田志剛教授課題組與美國(guó)華盛頓大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院Wayne Yokoyama院士合作，發(fā)現(xiàn)一群肝臟特有的自然殺傷（Natural Killer, NK）細(xì)胞并闡明該NK細(xì)胞具備其它常規(guī)NK細(xì)胞不具備的免疫記憶功能。該研究成果由我校博士后彭慧、博士生姜曉君和陳永琳歷時(shí)6年完成，為共同第一作者，發(fā)表于2013年4月出版的《臨床研究雜志》（The Journal of Clinical Investigation）。
2017年11月27日，中國(guó)工程院發(fā)布2017年院士增選結(jié)果，田志剛當(dāng)選醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生學(xué)部院士。
研究興趣
主要研究天然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞的基礎(chǔ)生物學(xué)特性、相關(guān)生物治療技術(shù)與重組產(chǎn)品及其用于治療重大疾�。ò┌Y、傳染病、自身免疫病、器官與骨髓移植）的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究。
