1970年5月生,1987年,馮丹以高分考入原華中理工大學(xué)(現(xiàn)華中科技大學(xué))計(jì)算機(jī)系。碩士畢業(yè)后,被保送攻讀博士,師從張江陵。

2017年12月,當(dāng)選中國(guó)民主同盟第十二屆中央委員會(huì)委員。
研究方向
計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、并行處理、容錯(cuò)理論、磁盤(pán)陣列體系結(jié)構(gòu)、計(jì)算機(jī)外存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)。目前正在從事以海量信息存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)及其應(yīng)用為主的項(xiàng)目研究工作。

科研成果
馮丹教授參加國(guó)家自然科學(xué)重點(diǎn)基金、國(guó)防科研預(yù)研等項(xiàng)目的研究,曾獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)四等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng),國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng),國(guó)際存儲(chǔ)競(jìng)賽決賽獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng),省部一等獎(jiǎng)三項(xiàng)。所寫(xiě)博士論文被國(guó)家學(xué)位委員會(huì)和教育部評(píng)為2001年全國(guó)優(yōu)秀博士論文。馮丹教授入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”,入選“百千萬(wàn)人才工程”國(guó)家級(jí)人選。擔(dān)任973項(xiàng)目“下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息存儲(chǔ)組織模式與核心技術(shù)研究”首席科學(xué)家。
馮丹教授已承擔(dān)完成包括973、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文專(zhuān)項(xiàng)基金、CNGI項(xiàng)目、預(yù)研項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的研究工作,取得多項(xiàng)成果。在國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)刊物及學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上發(fā)表有關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文125篇,合著專(zhuān)著1部、編著1部。申報(bào)32項(xiàng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利,已有15項(xiàng)獲得授權(quán)。獲得10項(xiàng)軟件著作版權(quán)。
