岳根華,男,博士,新加坡淡馬錫生命科學(xué)研究院, 分子群體遺傳學(xué)首席研究 員 (Principal investigator), 上海海洋大學(xué)客座特騁教授, 上海市水產(chǎn)E研究院特騁研究員。新加坡國立大學(xué)兼職副教授。
1978-1982年就讀于浙江省桐鄉(xiāng)巿第三和第一中學(xué)。
1986年畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)。周光宏,徐銀學(xué),徐漢濤,杜文興等教授曾為其班級的班主任。
1989年在南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲碩士學(xué)位,師從謝成俠和程瑞禾教授。王根林,楊利國,王俊勛,魏平華,王月忠,楊焰為其上一級師兄。同屆研究生同學(xué)有吳峰,崔麗萍,姚愛興,李建國,趙成龍,候明海,李玉桃,崔洪茹和諸向陽等。
1989-1994年任教于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動物科技學(xué)院(原畜牧系),并從事湖羊,鵪鶉的育種和飼料的研發(fā)。 得到程瑞禾教授, 陸治年教授,楊茂成教授,王林云教授,陳杰教授,陳偉華教授,王元興教授,牛樹理教授,馮紫云教授,鄭亦輝教授,徐銀學(xué)教授等的指導(dǎo)和幫助。
1991經(jīng)全國選拔,獲教育部公派出國攻讀博士學(xué)位資格。1992年在同濟(jì)大學(xué)德語學(xué)院獲高級德語證書。
1994年獲德國DAAD獎學(xué)金在Hohenheim大學(xué)攻讀博士學(xué)位,師從Hermann Geldermann 教授。
1999年在德國霍恩海姆大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院獲農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位 (動物分子育種)。
1998-2003年, 在新加坡頒農(nóng)業(yè)生命科學(xué)院(現(xiàn)淡馬錫生命科學(xué)院)任研究員(ResearchFellow)。
自2003年起為新加坡淡馬錫生命科學(xué)研究院分子群體遺傳學(xué)首席研究員,淡馬錫生命科學(xué)研究院群體遺傳學(xué)研究室主任。
研究成果
于1990年育成南農(nóng)黃羽鵪鶉。該品種為中國四大鵪鵪品種之一。己推廣到全國各省市,創(chuàng)造了巨大的社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
于1994-1998年在德國參與了歐盟豬基因組(PigMap)第一階段研究工作。于1996年發(fā)現(xiàn)梅山豬的基因組中含有減少體內(nèi)脂肪量的數(shù)量性狀位點(diǎn)(QTL),為培育瘦肉型中國豬種打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
在新加坡,他開發(fā)了幾十種魚的大量微衛(wèi)星標(biāo)記,并研發(fā)了一種簡單而有效從基因中分離微衛(wèi)星標(biāo)記的新方法,并建立了高效正確價?的微衛(wèi)星基因型測定平臺。在世界上,首先建議使用一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的微衛(wèi)星標(biāo)記進(jìn)行魚類遺傳多樣性的評估;構(gòu)建了亞洲鱸魚(Lates calcarifer), 草魚, 海水羅非魚和麻瘋樹的首張遺傳連鎖圖譜。應(yīng)用圖譜進(jìn)行了數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀位點(diǎn)(QTL)的全基因組掃描(whole genome scan),為以后亞洲鱸魚,草魚,羅非魚和麻瘋樹的分子育種奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。Laszlo Orban 博士和他于2012年獲得Singapore 國家科學(xué)研究基金1000萬新幣的資助進(jìn)行亞洲鱸魚(Lates calcarifer)和海水羅非魚基因組學(xué)研究和分子標(biāo)記輔助育種 。
長期從事動植物的遺傳育種和基因組學(xué)方面的研究,在分離克隆微衛(wèi)星標(biāo)記、建立cDNA 和BAC 文庫及物理圖譜和遺傳連鎖圖譜、QTL定位、分子標(biāo)記輔助育種方面有豐富的知識和經(jīng)驗(yàn),取得優(yōu)異的學(xué)術(shù)成績,F(xiàn)已發(fā)表102篇SCI論文,累計(jì)影響因子超過265,其中與水產(chǎn)動物遺傳學(xué)與基因組學(xué)相關(guān)的SCI論文88篇,合計(jì)影響因子> 200。論文被引用次數(shù)超過1100次(SCI) 和1744次(Google Scholar)。他發(fā)表的論文H指數(shù)為21(SCI) ,26 (Google Schoolar)。應(yīng)邀在世界上10多個國家作科學(xué)報告。研究成果多次在新加坡媒體,報紙和電視新聞披道。于2007年列入Marquis Who's Who世界名人錄。在國際水產(chǎn)界,尤其在水產(chǎn)育種方面有一定的影響和知名度。
