MirandaLambert生于得克薩州的Lindale。她的父親Richard Lee 'Rick'Lambert是一位退休的警員，在與其母親Beverly JuneLambert合開了一家私人偵探所。在Lambert年輕的時候，由于父親的原因她對槍支并不陌生，并且在不久之后開始嘗試獵鹿。她的父母在她9歲的時候帶她參加了GarthBrooks音樂會，由此引發(fā)了她對鄉(xiāng)村音樂的愛好。Lambert的父親編寫并且彈奏一些鄉(xiāng)村音樂，而Lambert不久之后就開始于TalentContests中在父親的指導下進行演唱。
在她16歲的時候，Lambert開始出現(xiàn)在得克薩Arlington的JohnnyHigh Country MusicReview上，該演出同樣幫助了LeAnnRimes開始了音樂生涯。Lambert迅速的獲得了一個在Nashville的錄音機會，但是走出錄音室的她卻對流行風格的音樂產(chǎn)生了疑惑。在那之后她回到了得克薩的家里，并且向她的爸爸學習如何彈奏吉他，以寫出真正屬于自己的歌曲。在Lambert的高中時期，她成功的進行了自己第一次的專業(yè)演唱。她在得克薩Longview一家名為Reo Palm IsleBallroom的酒吧開始了演唱，這個地方同樣也是Elvis Presley，Willie Nelson以及Brooks andDunn開始自己演唱生涯的地方。

Miranda于2011年5月14日結(jié)束5年愛情長跑與同是美國著名鄉(xiāng)村歌手的Blake Shelton喜結(jié)良緣Miranda的樂隊Pistol Annies其他兩位成員分別是Ashley Monroe和Angaleena Presley。

Four The Record
Miranda于2011年11月1日發(fā)行的第四張專輯，以13.3W的銷量空降billboard200專輯榜，也是Miranda專輯首周最好的成績。 這張專輯在美國被認證白金，其專輯歌曲《Over You》更是在鄉(xiāng)村單曲榜奪冠，成為Miranda第三首冠單。單曲《Mama's Broken Heart》更是進入了年終前十。
Revolution
《Revolution》是Miranda第三張專輯發(fā)行于2009年9月30日。為了宣傳這張專輯Miranda更是于6月9日發(fā)行了一張EP《Dead Flowers》來為專輯預熱。這張專輯首周空降鄉(xiāng)村榜冠軍也在Bilboard200上Peak8。這張專輯獲得了普遍的叫好聲�！稘L石》給出了四星樂評并且說道“憑借著第三張專輯“Revolution”，Miranda依然是當今鄉(xiāng)村界最讓人振奮的音樂人�！� 憑借著單曲《The House That Built Me》的大熱Miranda獲得了Grammy的四項提名其中包含著年度歌曲獎。最終Miranda獲得了當年的最佳鄉(xiāng)村女歌手獎。
Crazy Ex Girlfriend
《Crazy Ex Girlfriend》是Miranda的第二張專輯，2007年推出。專輯延續(xù)了首專鄉(xiāng)村搖滾的風格而演唱技巧也比首專明顯的提高。同名單曲《Crazy Ex-Girlfriend》，告訴全天下的負心漢，別以為前女友好欺負，小心一發(fā)不可收拾的怒火可是會讓你吃不完兜著走，越顯激昂的節(jié)奏，突顯前女友一步步逼近的可怕氣息，這個相同情緒在開場作《Gunpowder & Lead》時就已經(jīng)告召男人，女人可不是都逆來順受！ 而Miranda在這張專輯中展現(xiàn)出的才華讓鄉(xiāng)村界不少人堅信，她將是鄉(xiāng)村音樂一世紀才能出一個的傳奇人物。 專輯首周銷量5W3空降鄉(xiāng)村榜冠軍并在Billboard200取得第6名。
Kerosene
《Kerosene》 是Miranda的第一張正式專輯，2005年推出。這張專輯首周便空降鄉(xiāng)村專輯榜冠軍。Miranda作為新人有這樣的成績十分不錯。而專輯發(fā)行也普受好評。Miranda更是憑借著同名單曲《Kerosene》提名格萊美最佳鄉(xiāng)村女歌手。而最終這張專輯在美國銷量超過一百萬。
