主要從事磁性材料、拓?fù)浣^緣體材料、太陽能材料等方面的理論研究,發(fā)展了用于研究磁晶各向異性、磁光相互作用、量子反;魻栃(yīng)等一系列物理現(xiàn)象的方法,主要研究方向如下:(1)磁性納米結(jié)構(gòu)的磁各向異性(2)金屬多層膜、金屬/鈣鈦礦氧化物界面的磁性調(diào)控(3)拓?fù)浣^緣體的帶隙及邊緣態(tài)的理論設(shè)計(jì)(4)鈣鈦礦太陽能電池材料的理論研究主要成就
在國際一流雜志、上發(fā)表30余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,被引用600余次。2009年,中國科學(xué)院院長優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)2014年,蘇州大學(xué)特聘教授2015年,江蘇省特聘教授論文成果
