高會軍（1976.1- ）男，1976年1月10日生，漢族，黑龍江省集賢縣人，哈爾濱工業(yè)大學航天學院空間控制與慣性技術(shù)研究中心責任教授、博士生導師。
1995年7月 陜西第一工業(yè)學校 中專畢業(yè)
1997年12月 全國高等教育自學考試 機電一體化工程專業(yè) 本科畢業(yè)
2001年3月 沈陽工業(yè)大學 電機與電器專業(yè) 獲工學碩士學位
2005年4月 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學控制 理論與控制工程專業(yè) 獲工學博士學位

成果與論著
近年來，結(jié)合魯棒控制理論與現(xiàn)代航天科技的發(fā)展前沿，在魯棒濾波、時滯系統(tǒng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化控制理論及其在工業(yè)與航天中的應(yīng)用等方向上取得了一些具有國際影響的研究成果。近五年來發(fā)表論文經(jīng)檢索SCI收錄70余篇(第一作者50余篇)、EI收錄100余篇，SCI他引500余次，SCI引用H因子12。其中28篇論文發(fā)表在IEEE Transactions系列匯刊上(長文15篇)。
2007年獲全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學位論文獎，2008年獲得國家杰出青年科學基金、黑龍江省杰出青年科學基金、黑龍江省政府特殊津貼、國家自然科學二等獎(排名第五)，還曾獲加拿大Killam博士后基金、Alberta創(chuàng)新基金、Dorothy J. Killam博士后獎、霍英東基金，入選新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃；曾四次獲IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、Automatica等著名國際期刊的杰出審稿人稱號。
