領(lǐng)域方向
生物體蛋白質(zhì)的 “ 轉(zhuǎn)錄 / 翻譯 ” 與 “ 降解 ” 是同樣重要的命題。人們?cè)?“ 轉(zhuǎn)錄和翻譯 ” 的研究中取得了眾所周知的突破。可以預(yù)見, 對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)是如何被特一性降解的研究, 必將對(duì)生命科學(xué)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。
該實(shí)驗(yàn)室主要采用植物分子遺傳、生物化學(xué)、功能基因組和蛋白組學(xué)等方法 , 研究蛋白降解途徑和植物激素調(diào)控植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及抗性的機(jī)理。
