研究方向
(一)昆蟲(chóng)天然免疫學(xué)
1.基于組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),篩選參與昆蟲(chóng)天然免疫反應(yīng)的重要基因。
2.運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)等手段研究外源物入侵后昆蟲(chóng)體液免疫和細(xì)胞免疫反應(yīng)被激活和調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制。
(二)害蟲(chóng)生物防治
1.研究昆蟲(chóng)病原菌或線蟲(chóng)對(duì)昆蟲(chóng)天然免疫的影響。
2.基于對(duì)昆蟲(chóng)天然免疫反應(yīng)能力的破壞或削弱,研究對(duì)害蟲(chóng)的生物防治。
