    研究情況

    王亞軍教授博士期間(1999-2003)致力于動(dòng)物卵泡發(fā)育機(jī)制解析,以斑馬魚為模型,探究EGF、Activin等對(duì)卵泡發(fā)育的調(diào)節(jié)。完成博士學(xué)位攻讀后,王亞軍教授入職香港大學(xué)生物科學(xué)院,以家雞為模型,致力于基因功能鑒定,探究動(dòng)物生長、繁殖與代謝調(diào)控機(jī)理。

    2009年,王亞軍教授全職回到四川大學(xué),在“四川大學(xué)引進(jìn)人才基金”支持下,組建動(dòng)物功能基因組學(xué)研究平臺(tái),主以家雞(或斑馬魚)等為模型,探究:1) 受體功能與信號(hào)傳導(dǎo);2) 下丘腦神經(jīng)元對(duì)垂體功能的調(diào)節(jié);3) 垂體激素對(duì)動(dòng)物生長,繁殖與代謝的影響;4) 腸道微生物對(duì)動(dòng)物免疫與代謝等過程的調(diào)節(jié);5) 動(dòng)物基因編輯與轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)。
