1984年于吉林大學(xué)化學(xué)系本科畢業(yè) ,1987年獲吉林大學(xué)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位 ,1994年在日本京都大學(xué)藥學(xué)部留學(xué)獲京都大學(xué)藥學(xué)博士學(xué)位,1994年和2000年分別在日本Takara生物研究所和美國(guó)Burnham 研究所從事博士后研究各一年, 2001-2002年到美國(guó)加州大學(xué)分校做博士后研究工作一年。
社會(huì)兼職
中國(guó)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中國(guó)生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)復(fù)合糖專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任﹑常務(wù)委員,遼寧省生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)副理事長(zhǎng)﹑常務(wù)理事,遼寧省糖生物重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)科帶頭人,遼寧省百萬(wàn)人才工程入選教師,遼寧省優(yōu)秀青年骨干教師,大連市醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)生化專(zhuān)科分會(huì)主任委員,大連市優(yōu)秀專(zhuān)家。
主要成就
近年主持并完成國(guó)家自然基金和教育部留學(xué)回國(guó)人員科研啟動(dòng)基金項(xiàng)目﹑教育部?jī)?yōu)秀教師資助計(jì)劃和青年教師資助計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目及遼寧省高等學(xué)校優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目。在Leukemia等重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表被SCI收錄的研究論文20余篇,總影響因子超過(guò)50,獲遼寧省教委科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),遼寧省政府科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。
研究領(lǐng)域
腫瘤細(xì)胞表面特征寡糖與腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移:主要以小鼠肝癌淋巴道高/低轉(zhuǎn)移潛能細(xì)胞株為對(duì)象,通過(guò)基因表達(dá)與特征寡糖結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控等手段,研究腫瘤細(xì)胞表面特征寡糖、黏附分子在腫瘤經(jīng)淋巴道轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用。
