研究領(lǐng)域
1、研究人泡沫病毒(human foamy virus, HFV)的感染及其作用機(jī)制,以及HFV載體的構(gòu)建及其在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的應(yīng)用。
2、研究腸道病毒71型(Human enterovirus 71, EV71)和柯薩奇病毒A16型(Coxsachievirus A16, CA16)等病毒的感染及其致病機(jī)制,特別是其導(dǎo)致手足口病患兒腦部神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的作用機(jī)理;同時(shí)致力于EV71/ CA16病毒新型疫苗和免疫診斷的研發(fā)。
教學(xué)情況
主要承擔(dān)醫(yī)學(xué)各專業(yè)五年制/七年制/八年制/留學(xué)生的《醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)》、醫(yī)學(xué)碩士研究生的《分子醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)》、醫(yī)學(xué)博士研究生的《醫(yī)學(xué)免疫學(xué)前沿進(jìn)展》等;指導(dǎo)多名本科生獲得國(guó)家級(jí)/校級(jí)大學(xué)生科研創(chuàng)新課題、省級(jí)/校級(jí)自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)及發(fā)表多篇SCI/中文核心等論文;發(fā)表多篇教學(xué)論文并承擔(dān)/參與多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)/校級(jí)教學(xué)項(xiàng)目。
