在國家級及省級專業(yè)報刊,雜志發(fā)表各類文章以及書法,篆刻作品約50萬字2000年《中國鋼筆書法雜志》第4和第5期連載長篇論文約1萬字《鋼筆書法是將文字具體化的藝術(shù)》,該論文被臺灣及大陸學(xué)者大量引用,文化部王蒙部長在《美術(shù)觀察》上撰文高度評價本人提出的"書法是將文字具體化的藝術(shù)"觀點。

Rongsheng Guo, male, Han nationality, was born in Pingtan, Fujian in September 1959. After getting his college diploma, he started to work in 1980. Now he is a national public servant of China and a minister of Organization Department of Committee of Educational Work of Fuzhou, Fujian. Have been graduated from university in 1980, firstly he was a history teacher in a secondary school. 10 years later, he was transferred to Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Education as a secretary of leader. Another 19 years later, he had experienced from being an ordinary officer in Office of Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, to playing a leading role as a vice-minister in Office of Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, to being vice-minister in Organization Department of Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Education, and to being minister of Organization Department of Committee of Educational Work of Fuzhou. Rongsheng is also a calligrapher, expert in writing education and social activist. He holds concurrent posts as standing director in committee of calligrapher research of Fujian province, vice president of Fuzhou Educational Art Academy, vice president of Fuzhou Culture and Art Interchange Association, and member of Fujian Calligrapher Association, member of Fuzhou Calligrapher Association. Over the years he has been committing to the research and practice of writing education in students of primary and secondary schools, and has published a series of research reports, which contain about 30 million words, concerning to theory of writing teaching, and he has published 15 monograph and models of calligraphy such as "Writing Skills", "Writing Running Script by Hand Brush", and "models of calligraphy of regular script for students in primary and secondary schools." In addition, he has published a VCD disc named "Learning How to Write".
