人物經(jīng)歷
曾任波士頓大學(xué)組織行為學(xué)教授(終身教職)、組織行為學(xué)Ph.D.學(xué)術(shù)主任、國際MBA學(xué)術(shù)主任,和人力資源戰(zhàn)略研究所研究所長。2002年作為創(chuàng)始教授之一參與長江商學(xué)院創(chuàng)建,并任客座教授至2014年5月。

為長江商學(xué)院EMBA、MBA和FMBA講授《管理學(xué)概論》、《組織行為學(xué)》及《戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟》等課程。

學(xué)術(shù)成就
在Academy of Management Journal、Academy of Management Review、Journal of International Business Studies、 Journal of Applied Psychology、 Human Relations等學(xué)刊發(fā)表過多篇論文,并出版過學(xué)術(shù)專著,關(guān)于美中合資企業(yè)的研究獲全美管理學(xué)會的最佳論文獎。在企業(yè)全球戰(zhàn)略管理方面,被Journal of International Management列為“最多產(chǎn)”、同時(shí)“最具學(xué)術(shù)影響力”的全球9位學(xué)者之一。任Journal of International Management、Journal of Management and Organization、哈佛商業(yè)評論(中文版)編委。
