研究領(lǐng)域
在掌握現(xiàn)有豐富微生物資源的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步著眼于新分類單元微生物基因組的研究， 利用生物信息學(xué)， 蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)， 分子生物學(xué)等技術(shù)方法獲得一批具有新的功能，調(diào)控機(jī)制及代謝途徑的新種和基因、蛋白質(zhì)、調(diào)控序列。并得到進(jìn)化及起源的相關(guān)信息。對(duì)整個(gè)生態(tài)環(huán)境中微生物的群落分布，相互關(guān)系，生理代謝特性和共性開展研究，為探討微生物在特定生境中相互間的關(guān)系， 微生物與環(huán)境的相互關(guān)系，環(huán)境與微生物的起源及進(jìn)化奠定研究基礎(chǔ)。
利用生理生化等大通量篩選手段從分離得到的極端環(huán)境微生物和新的微生物物種中獲得大量具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值的次生代謝類，酶類，脂類，多糖類，色素類等一系列產(chǎn)物。
