動物營養(yǎng)與飼料科學(xué)、動物分子營養(yǎng)與遺傳學(xué)、動物營養(yǎng)與肉品質(zhì)，主要以豬為試驗動物模型，研究動物脂肪和肌肉發(fā)育的營養(yǎng)調(diào)控，從群體、個體、細(xì)胞和分子水平，揭示動物重要生物過程中營養(yǎng)與基因的互作機制，為開發(fā)新型飼料資源、營養(yǎng)添加劑和動物分子育種提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

主講了研究生的“動物分子營養(yǎng)學(xué)”，參加了碩士研究生“豬的營養(yǎng)學(xué)”等課程
