范志強，男，漢族，中共黨員，1982年2月出生，博士，講師。2005年畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，2007年由湖南大學(xué)凝聚態(tài)物理碩士提前攻讀凝聚態(tài)物理博士學(xué)位，2010年獲湖南大學(xué)凝聚態(tài)物理專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，博士論文《分子器件負(fù)微分電阻效應(yīng)和整流效應(yīng)的理論研究》被評為湖南大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士論文。畢業(yè)后進(jìn)入長沙理工大學(xué)物理與電子科學(xué)學(xué)院任教，現(xiàn)為大學(xué)物理實驗中心副主任，主講大學(xué)物理、固體物理、理論力學(xué)、大學(xué)物理實驗課程等課程。

主要研究方向：納米材料的電子特性調(diào)控與應(yīng)用研究；功能納米分子器件的理論模擬與設(shè)計研究。

科研項目：主持國家自然科學(xué)基金3項，湖南省自然科學(xué)基金2項，湖南省教育廳科學(xué)基金2項。參與國家自然科學(xué)基金2項，高校博士點專項基金1項，湖南省教育廳科學(xué)基金1項，湖南省科技廳基金1項。

在Adv. Funct. Mater., Org. Electron., Appl.Phys.Lett., Carbon, J.Phys.Chem.C等國際著名刊物上發(fā)表有影響的SCI收錄論文30余篇。
